Remove / Replace the Spool
To remove a spool, simply pull it out. In some cases, the magnetic holder may come out together with the spool.
It may happen that the magnetic holder comes off with the spool. In this case, don’t worry just watch the following video.

🔒 Authenticate your Venom Pro
To guarantee the authenticity of your Venom Pro, each unit is equipped with a secure QR code protected by a scratch-off area.
How to proceed:
1. Lift the thin foam located inside the lid, this is where the authentication QR code is hidden.
2. Gently scratch the designated area beneath the QR code to fully reveal it.
3. Scan the QR code with your phone.
4. The system will immediately confirm whether your Venom Pro is an original Magie Factory product.
Important information ⚠️
For security reasons, the QR code has a limited number of scans:
• You are allowed up to 3 scans maximum
• The number of remaining scans is displayed with each verification
• Once this limit is exceeded, the product will automatically be considered non-authentic
This system is designed to protect both our creations and the magicians who place their trust in us, by fighting against counterfeiting and abusive sharing.
We therefore recommend not sharing this QR code and using it only to verify the authenticity of your own Venom Pro if needed.
